The standard visual building report and timber pest report takes around 2-4 hours of investigation on site and covers physical inspection of the roof, roof void, internal areas, wet areas, sub floor, timber pest activity and includes external areas - out buildings and fencing, as well as any other unique requirements.

Your inspection includes consideration for compliance with Building Standards and Codes to ensure that you have the facts about visual defects, safety and maintenance requirements - regardless of the age of the building.

A verbal report may be given immediately. The written report is usually available within 24 hours by email or fax, compiled using the Report Master 3D Inspection System. Your report will describe the property and all areas involved, including details of all major defects and building problems.
