Informed Building Reports has been established to provide professional residential building consultancy services to potential homeowners, investors and renovators for visual building and pest inspections.
Our experience in building and maintenance together with relevant licenses, NSW Master Builders Association membership from 1989-2018, Rapid Solutions Insurance including Public Liability and Indemnity from 2003-present, and legal qualifications, enable us to provide the information you need while satisfying Australian Standards for visual Building Reports and visual timber pest reports.
Principal Chris Dyce is licenced builder with over 25 years specialising in residential construction and renovation. He is highly qualified to provide your visual building inspection and report.
